NONPROFIT TRAINING @ MARSHALLESE LEADERS SUMMIT

Akamai Rendezvous’ Executive Director Robyn Pfahl, Esq. traveled to the outskirts of Salem, Oregon to provide a nonprofit training at the first annual Marshallese Leaders Summit in 2022.

As Marshallese groups around the U.S.A. are trying to organize to become effective leaders in their communities, Akamai’s training provided an overview of different ways to organize and explaining the legal and logistical requirements, opportunities and burdens of each.
